NEXT DAY LIVING — INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Next Day Living ("Company") and the undersigned contractor ("Contractor").

1. SERVICES
Contractor agrees to provide residential cleaning services as an independent contractor, not as an employee, for jobs Contractor accepts through the Next Day Living platform.

2. COMPENSATION
Contractor will be compensated based on completed jobs. Clients pay Next Day Living; Company transfers Contractor earnings on a regular payout schedule after Contractor completes Stripe Connect onboarding. Platform charges land with Company; Contractor receives payouts, not direct client card charges.

3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Contractor acknowledges they are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and business expenses. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

4. BACKGROUND CHECKS
Contractor agrees to complete a background check through the Company's designated provider (e.g. Checkr). Company pays the provider's fees. A clear check is required before Contractor may accept a job.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & CONDUCT
Contractor agrees to maintain confidentiality of client information and company procedures, and to represent the brand professionally in every home.

6. ACCEPTANCE
By accepting this Agreement in the contractor application or settings, Contractor acknowledges they have read and agree to these terms. Acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and this version identifier.
