Transparent plans from $99: Basic $99 (up to 1,500 sq ft), Premium $149 (up to 2,500 sq ft), Deluxe $199 (up to 4,000 sq ft). Larger homes add a set amount per extra 500 sq ft. Your exact total is shown before you pay.

Do I need to be home?

No. Add access notes (gate code, lockbox, parking) when you book or when we confirm. Many clients leave for work and come home to a finished clean.

Are cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. We assign a cleaner after a clear background check. The visit is fully insured. You are not picking from a public marketplace.

How does pricing work for larger homes?

Each plan includes a square-footage allowance. Above that, we add a set amount per extra 500 sq ft. Your exact total is shown before you pay.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Inside 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. Not happy with a clean? Contact us within 24 hours — we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

When will someone actually come?
