Next Day Living provides professional house cleaning services. We offer various service plans including one-time cleanings and recurring cleaning services. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking

All service bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You must provide accurate information when booking services, including correct address and contact information.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your service booking with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service.

5. Service Expectations and Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to your property at the scheduled time
  • Secure pets or notify us of pets in the home
  • Notify us of any special requirements, hazards, or fragile items
  • Provide necessary cleaning supplies and equipment if requested
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals

  • Provide professional, insured, and background-checked cleaning professionals
  • Use appropriate cleaning methods and products
  • Respect your property and belongings
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of your home

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Next Day Living, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our liability for damages related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are fully insured, and claims for damage should be reported immediately and may be subject to our insurance company's review.

7. Insurance and Bonding

Our cleaning professionals are bonded and insured. However, we recommend that you secure or remove valuables before our service. While we take precautions, we are not responsible for damage to items that should have been secured or removed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Next Day Living, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be subject to binding arbitration or resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
